Hip Hop Step with Team SinFit Fitness
Hip Hop Step is our step fitness cardio workout. Not only will this class help to improve your cardiac fitness, it will also help with coordination, balance and shaping & toning your body.
Our instructors will guide you through each and every step and call out, before putting all you have learnt into choreographed tracks.
This class is open to everyone, even if you have never experienced a step class before.
Accompanied children welcome, age 14 plus only - must be booked on at full single ticket price.
Our dedicated Beginners class takes place on a Saturday at our Pollards Hill (Norbury) venue - see schedule for more info.

X Fight IMPACT
X Fight IMPACT is our bag-based, combat-inspired HiiT workout set to Drum & Bass or House music.
We take you through combination katas on the bag, that build up into fun routines. And let's not forget our X Fight HiiT portion of the class, with timer-based focused exercises.. you are guaranteed a full-body workout that will challenge your fitness and improve your cardio and coordination.
Get your workout clothes on, grab your gloves and join us on the bags.
You will need Lightweight MMA style or full boxing gloves or hand wraps.

Step & Tone
1 class split into 2 sections:
Cardio - non stop step fitness, basic moves and no routines.
Tone - Focusing on key areas of the body, using bodyweight and step equipment for resistance to shape and tone.
