Established in 2018, SinFit Fitness was created by Patrick Sinclair.
With over 23 years in the fitness industry, I am as passionate now as I've ever been.
My experience includes working for Fitness First, creating and presenting original classes on a national level. I have also presented for Les Mills as a Body Pump national master trainer and formally
for Fight Klub as a national master trainer and International fitness presenter.
My real passion is sharing fitness in the community. SinFit Fitness was born to do just this, dedicated to delivering first class, fun and motivating group fitness classes to suit everyone at every level.
Classes include, X Fight, Leg Bums & Tums, PowerWave, Wave 20, Beast, Laws 5 and Bootcamp workouts, Bells & Bass Kettlebell Fitness and Personal Training - both 1 to 1 and group sessions.

Don't have time to get to a regular fitness class?...... then this programme is ideal for you!
All you need to commit to is one class per week, our instructor will coach you through the 'workout of the week', then it's up to you to complete at home.
